This Instant Pot Ground Beef and Rice was so easy to make and really filling!  Some people wonder, “Can you cook rice and meat at the same time in the Instant Pot?”.  Yes you can!  We browned our ground beef, onions, bell peppers, and celery (also called seasoning blend) using the saute function on our Instant Pot first.
