These Instant Pot French Fries were delicious! Let me just start by saying that the Instant Pot Duo Crisp just brought home-cooked French fries to a whole new level…. These Instant Pot Steak Fajitas were absolutely so easy to make and delicious! Thanks to the pressure cooker the meat absorbs so much flavor and is just fall apart tender. This combination makes for the best steak (beef) fajitas ever! We served them with a box of this Zatarains Yellow Rice. I originally was going to use skirt steak but could not find any at my local grocery store. They had flank steak instead and it was already pre-cut perfectly for fajitas. I had never used flank steak for fajitas before but it turned out perfectly. I think I might try using flank steak in other Instant Pot Recipes also.…

Here are 7 Dump and Go Instant Pot Dinners. A couple of the recipes might require one extra step of browning or marinating the meat before pressure cooking. I still consider these easy dump and go dinners since it is just one extra minimal step and then you can just walk away while the Instant Pot does the rest of the cooking on its own! We made our Instant Pot Chicken Leg Quarters this weekend. They turned out perfectly! I was attempting to make a meal that tasted like a Sunday BBQ but in the Instant Pot.  We added some Jack Millers BBQ sauce to them after pressure cooking them in the Instant Pot.  They were fall off the bone tender and had a hint of BBQ flavor.  We served them with our Instant Pot Dirty Rice.  Which, I might add this is the best Dirty Rice I have ever had!
