This quick and easy No Drain Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes recipe is so much easier then cooking it the old fashion way on the stove. Everything cooks together in just one pot and no draining is required. You can even use a hand blender to mix them right in your Instant Pot. Saves you so much time and you only have one dishwasher safe pot to clean up afterwards!

Ingredients – Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes
- 3 lbs. Potatoes
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Nature Seasoning (This is a blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder)
Instructions – Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes
#1. First, peel and slice your potatoes into 1” sections.
#2. Next place them in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
#3. Then close the lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
#4. Next, press the “Pressure Cook” button. Then, press the “Pressure Level” button until you have selected “High Pressure”.
#5. Turn the timer on for 6 minutes. Once the pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down.
#6. After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “Venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
#7. Now add your butter, milk, and nature seasoning. Mix it all together right in your pot.
#8. Finally, serve and enjoy!
