Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs are so easy to make! Let me just start by telling you I am not a ribs person. I don’t really like all the bbq sauce. However, I do like them with a bunch of seasoning on them. I think you would call that dry rub. After seeing other people making them in the Instant Pot I decided it was time that I try it too.

So most Instant Pot recipes are really quick and easy. At least all of the recipes that I make anyway. That is the reason why I purchased an Instant Pot….because I needed a way to make quick home-cooked meals. But I think Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs has got to be one of the easiest recipes ever.
You basically pull the membrane layer off of the ribs. Throw some seasoning on them. Place them in your Instant Pot on a steamer rack. Add a cup of water and cook. That’s it! So simple! I would mention that I like my ribs with just seasoning and no bbq sauce. You can add bbq sauce to them as soon as you take them out of the Instant pot if you want and place them in the oven for a couple of minutes under the broiler to make it crispy. They are perfectly fine without it to me though!
