Instant Pot Duo Crisp Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Breasts

You will love how simple this Instant Pot Duo Crisp plus Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Breast Recipe is. I guess I should start by telling you we purchased a new Instant Pot a few weeks ago!!!!! 😊  We originally had the 8qt. Instant Pot Duo.  Which we still have and still use every week.  But I wanted to get an air fryer lid for it.  It was between the Mealthy Crisplid or the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid.   Plus, we would need an air fryer basket and any other accessories to go with it.  Instead of purchasing all these things separately I decided to buy the 8 qt Instant Pot…

Easy Instant Pot Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee

This is our version of a Quick and Easy Instant Pot Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee!  It is a dump and push start recipe.  You do not make a roux like a traditional etouffee you make on the stove, but in my opinion, it is just as good!  If you do not have access to crawfish tails you can substitute the 1 lb. of crawfish for shrimp instead.  So you would have 2 lbs. of shrimp total for this recipe instead of 1 lb. crawfish and 1 lb. shimp. We also made a quick and easy version of Instant Pot Chicken and Sausage Gumbo if you would like to try that…

Easy Instant Pot BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

This Easy Instant Pot BBQ Chicken Drumsticks turned out amazing!  We love fried chicken legs, so I was looking for a way to get the same amazing flavor only healthier.  We started with pressure cooking them in our Instant Pot first and they were good, but they didn’t have the crispy crunchy skin that fried chicken does.  I had been eyeing either this Mealthy Crisplid, Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid or this Instant Pot Duo Crisp + Air Fryer for a while.  Since we use our 8 qt Instant Pot now 2 – 3 times a week and get a fair amount of wear and tear to it I decided…

Dump and Start Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy Recipe

Dump and Start Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy is so easy to make and so delicious!  We made this recipe with sliced potatoes and served it over rice.  It was amazing!!!  I plan on making another Instant Pot Beef Tips in a Mushroom Gravy without potatoes that you can serve over noodles too. If you like serving your beef tips and gravy over mashed potatoes, then you will probably like this meal.  The sliced potatoes absorb so much flavor when pressure cooking it all together in one pot.  After it is done your potatoes are still mostly intact but very soft.  The more you stir the more your potatoes…

Easy Instant Pot Salmon and Asparagus Recipe (4 Ingredients)

Instant Pot Salmon and Asparagus Recipe is a quick and easy way to cook your meal altogether in just one pot.  We put them in individual parchment packets, so the flavors don’t blend together while cooking.  I will say that you will want to cook larger asparagus stalks with this meal rather than smaller ones.  We made this meal twice once with larger asparagus and they came out just right.  The second time we used thinner, smaller asparagus stalks and they were very well done.  They were still edible, but well done.  This post may contain affiliate links.  Please read my affiliate disclaimer here.   Please Note – The printable recipe card…

    Instant Pot Chicken Lo Mein

This one-pot Instant Pot Chicken Lo Mein Recipe is very quick and easy to make.  We added some of our favorite cajun/creole seasoning “Tony Chachere’s” to this recipe to give it some extra flavor! I only used 8 oz of linguine noodles and ended up with a lot of sauce.  If you like a lot of noodles you can probably use 16 oz (which would have been the whole box) also and it would have turned out just as good also.   This post may contain affiliate links.  Please read my affiliate disclaimer here.   Please Note – The printable Instant Pot Chicken Lo Mein  Recipe is at the bottom of this post.   Save…
